Retrieves SSL certificate configuration and state information from an appliance. Returns data either from the Orchestrator cache or directly from the appliance based on the cached parameter.

200SSL certificates successfully retrieved. Returns configuration and state data for all certificates on the appliance.

400Bad Request - The nePk parameter is missing or invalid.

404Not Found - The specified appliance was not found in the cache. This occurs when cached=true and the appliance data is not available.

500Internal Server Error - Failed to retrieve data from the appliance. This occurs when cached=false and the appliance cannot be reached.
