Retrieve BFD VRF configuration

Retrieves Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) configuration for appliance VRFs. Returns all VRF configs or a specific VRF config based on parameters.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE').

VRF segment identifier to retrieve specific VRF configuration. Omit to retrieve all VRF configurations.

Defaults to true

When true, retrieves data from Orchestrator cache. When false, fetches directly from appliance and updates cache.
