Update AWS deployment comment

Updates the comment/description for an existing AWS Cloud Hub deployment. Only the comment field can be modified; other deployment configuration settings remain unchanged.

Request payload for updating a GCP Cloud Hub deployment's comment/description field.

Descriptive text for the deployment. Used for labeling, documentation, and organization. If null or empty, clears the existing comment.
