Get SaaS Optimization configuration for an appliance

Retrieves SaaS Optimization configuration for a specified appliance. Returns the SaaS Optimization enable/disable state, RTT calculation interval, ping source interface, number of pings, and the collection of cloud applications with their subnets, domains, and threshold settings downloaded from the cloud portal.
