Get loopback interface configuration

Retrieves loopback interface configuration from an appliance. Returns all configured loopback interfaces including their IP addresses, network masks, labels, zones, and VRF associations. Data can be retrieved from cache for faster response or directly from the appliance for real-time configuration.
