Get APDEX timeseries statistics for appliances and applications.

Retrieves APDEX timeseries statistics for specified appliances and AppExpress applications. APDEX measures application performance using synthetic and observed quality scores. Results include transport path details, QoE metrics, and satisfaction counts.

When true, returns stats for all probes/paths. When false, returns only best path stats (filtered by current_best_path=true).
