Update IDS/IPS profile-to-appliance assignments

Updates the mapping of IDS/IPS signature profiles to appliances. Appliances in the request are removed from their current profiles and assigned to the specified profiles. Each appliance can only be assigned to one profile at a time; duplicate nePks across profiles are rejected.

Map of IDS/IPS signature profile names to arrays of appliance identifiers (nePks) to assign to each profile.

Request body to update profile-to-appliance assignments. Each key is a profile name, and the value is an array of appliance identifiers to assign.
