Get VRF zones mapped by segment for AWS Transit Gateway integration

Retrieves a map of segment IDs to their associated VRF zones for AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager. Excludes zones with ID 65535 and 'Unknown' named zones. Used for configuring segment-zone associations in AWS TGNM integration.
