Configure subnets on a legacy appliance (pre-8.1.7)

Configures IPv4 subnets on a legacy appliance (versions before 8.1.7). For newer appliances, use /subnets2/configured (8.1.7+) or /subnets3/configured (8.1.9.1+). This endpoint forwards the subnet configuration directly to the appliance.
