Get EC-SP license status from Portal

http://127.0.0.1:8080/spPortal/account/license/appliance/ecsp/status

Retrieves all EC-SP license assets for a subAccount from Cloud Portal, including appliance assignment status. Returns cached data when requested or fetches fresh data from Portal. Only works for subAccounts; parent accounts receive a 404 error.

200Successfully retrieved EC-SP license status. Returns an array of license objects or an empty array if no licenses are found or Orchestrator is not registered.

404Cannot retrieve licenses for a parent account. This endpoint only supports subAccounts.

500Internal server error while fetching license data from Portal.
