Saves Azure LAN-side resource configurations that associate EdgeConnect appliances with Azure VNets, resource groups, and regions. This endpoint performs an upsert operation: rules with existing IDs are updated, new rules (id=0 or new id) are created, and rules not in the submitted list are deleted. Requires READ_WRITE permission.
