Save custom ISO Alpha-2 to Zscaler country code mappings

Persists custom country mappings that map ISO Alpha-2 codes to Zscaler-supported country enumerations. These mappings are used during Zscaler VPN location orchestration to correctly set the country field. Newlines after pipe separators are automatically normalized.

Pipe-separated country mapping string where each entry maps an ISO Alpha-2 code to a Zscaler country enumeration.

Pipe-separated string of ISO Alpha-2 to Zscaler country mappings. Each entry consists of an ISO Alpha-2 country code followed by a comma and the Zscaler country enumeration name. Entries are separated by pipe (|) characters. Newlines after pipes are allowed but will be normalized (removed) during processing.
