Fetches all CA certificates from the Portal's default trust store (CA bundle). The certificates are validated before being returned - only valid X.509 CA certificates with Basic Constraints CA flag set are included. Invalid or expired certificates are filtered out. Each certificate is assigned an auto-generated alias for easy identification.
