Retrieve scheduled jobs from all Stats Collector instances

Returns a list of scheduled jobs from all configured Stats Collector instances. When currentlyRunningJob=true, filters results to only include jobs currently executing. The jobCategory and jobType filters only apply when currentlyRunningJob=true.

Defaults to false

When true, returns only jobs that are currently executing. When false or omitted, returns all scheduled jobs.

Filter currently running jobs by category. Only applies when currentlyRunningJob=true.
