Submit feedback on an AI response

Submits user feedback (rating) for a specific AI-generated response to improve AI quality. Requires an active chat session for the authenticated user. Authorization header is used to identify the user session.

Request payload for submitting feedback on an AI response. Used to rate and optionally comment on AI-generated answers.
