Initiate GMS-Portal Registration for secondary accounts

Use this API to reset the GMS-Portal registration state and initiate a new registration cycle with the secondary accounts. There is no post data required for this API, to edit portal credentials (Account Key, Account Name) use /spPortal/account/secondary. Registration cycle may take up to two minutes to get an update from Portal, use GET /spPortal/registration/account to poll.
