Set appliance's network interface configuration.

post http://localhost:3001/rest/json/networkInterfaces

Setting network interface only requires ifInfo property and only those interfaces you changed. Three properties, oper, speed, and duplex, are interface state properties. They are optional and are ignored when setting intface configuration. Wait for 30 seconds after calling POST /networkInterfaces before making another API call.
