Post the SSL certificates to the appliance

post http://localhost:3001/rest/json/sslCerts

The schema shows a single SSL certificate object. You can post more then one SSL cert at a time
When a list of certs are POSTed back to the server, the server checks for new certs. These certs are added. It looks for missing certs, these certs are deleted.
