Get customers and groups where given MSP level template is not applied.

Get customers and groups where given MSP level template is not applied. It will take only MSP token as input.

Note: If the limit and the offset are not provided, records for first 100 customers will be returned.

For 'ArubaSwitch' device_type, part number (J number) can be used for the model parameter.

Example: 2920, J9727A etc.

If limit is 50, records for 50 customers will be returned.

If limit is not provided, records for a maximum of 100 customers will be returned.
