It retrieves RSSI threshold for passerby conversion, RSSI threshold for visitor conversion & dwelltime threshold for passerby to visitor conversion.

This API gives thresholds configured for passerby, visitor and dwell time. Default values for visitor RSSI threshold and passerby RSSI threshold are -65 and -95 respectively. Default dwelltime threshold for passerby to visitor conversion is 5 mins.
If a site_id is passed, the threshold values for that site is fetched. If site_id is not passed, default threshold values are fetched.
For simplicity threshold values are rounded off to nearest multiple of 5.
