Get Admin Distance Configuration

Retrieves administrative distance settings for routing protocols on a specific appliance. Admin distance values determine route preference when multiple routing sources provide routes to the same destination.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE').
