Get DNS resolver configuration for an appliance

Retrieves the current DNS IP addresses (nameservers) and domain search names configured for a specific EdgeConnect appliance. Data can be retrieved from Orchestrator cache or directly from the appliance. Requires READ or READ_WRITE role permissions.
