Get DNS proxy configuration for an appliance

Retrieves the DNS proxy configuration for a specified EdgeConnect appliance. The configuration includes DNS profiles (with server addresses and caching settings), domain groups (for pattern matching), and maps (policy rules that associate domain groups with profiles). Data can be fetched from Orchestrator cache or directly from the appliance.
