Get NetFlow/IPFIX export configuration

Retrieves NetFlow or IPFIX flow export configuration from an EdgeConnect appliance. Returns collector settings, interface export options, timeout configurations, and IP masking settings. Use cached=true for faster response from Orchestrator database, or cached=false for real-time data from the appliance.
