Retrieves system Threshold Crossing Alert (TCA) configuration for a specified appliance. TCA monitors metrics including: file-system-utilization, lan-side-rx-throughput, wan-side-tx-throughput, optimized-flows, total-flows, latency, loss-pre-fec, loss-post-fec, oop-pre-poc, oop-post-poc, reduction, and utilization. Each metric has configurable rising/falling thresholds that trigger alerts when crossed.

400Invalid or missing nePk parameter. Ensure nePk is provided and follows the format '.NE'.

500Failed to retrieve data from the appliance when cached=false. Check appliance connectivity and status.
