Retrieve batch of pass-through tunnel configurations

Retrieves configuration data for multiple pass-through (third-party) tunnels in a single batch request. Pass-through tunnels are used for third-party service integrations such as Zscaler, Netskope, and other cloud security providers. The endpoint supports two retrieval modes: cached (from Orchestrator database) or live (directly from the appliance).
