Get VRRP instances configured on an appliance

Retrieves all VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) instances configured on a specific appliance. VRRP provides automatic failover between a master and backup router to ensure network availability. Maximum of 4 VRRP instances per interface.
