Get route policy settings

Retrieves route map (route policy) configuration for a specific appliance. Returns all route maps with their rules containing match criteria and set actions. Data can be fetched from Orchestrator cache or directly from the appliance.

Network Element Primary Key - unique appliance identifier assigned by Orchestrator. Format: '.NE' (e.g., '0.NE', '10.NE').

Determines data source. When 'true' or omitted, returns cached data from Orchestrator. When 'false', fetches live data directly from the appliance and updates the cache.
